Becky Smith who hails from a Chicago west side suburb is a passionate world traveler, storyteller and certified travel and tourism professional dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences.
Retired after a 37-year career in education and always embracing a love for adventure, she has explored 45 countries across 6 continents, 43 U.S. states and she lived abroad in Latin America which enabled her to become fluent in Spanish.
With a lifelong passion to see the world, an interest to learn about other cultures, a desire to ride horses in as many countries as possible, enjoy thrilling adventures and shop around the world, Becky is a traveler for real!
Her most enjoyable travels include galloping on polo horses in wine country Argentina, traveling backpack style solo across Guatemala, downing vodka after a frigid polar plunge jump in Antarctica, and bringing home one-of-a-kind treasures from every corner of the world.
With dozens of other travel adventures under her belt, she founded Global Glam Travel to help others experience the magic of international exploration.
